The Benefits of Green Tea.

Why should you drink Green Tea? In the UK its main promotion is to extol its weight loss benefits and it can help to suppress your appetite. This is one of the main reasons why more and more women drink Green Tea.

Green Tea speeds up the metabolism because it contains chemicals called methylxanthines which boost metabolism and burn fat more rapidly. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that the catechins (natural plant chemicals) in Green Tea can reduce waist circumference and abdominal fat by the metabolism boost.

The antioxidant Catechin belongs to the family of antioxidants that includes vitamin C, vitamin E, lutein, and zeaxanthin. These antioxidants are well-known for their disease-fighting properties and can –
